Overview
PlayVault Hobby & Games is committed to fast, reliable shipping on every order. We partner with USPS to ensure your purchases arrive safely and on time. Every shipment includes tracking information so you always know where your package is.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package on the USPS website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time and charges. International shipping is not available at this time.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only. Please note the following:
- Expedited and priority shipping are not available for PO Box or APO/FPO deliveries
- Delivery times may be longer than standard estimates
- Tracking availability may be limited for some military addresses
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage to the packaging and product. We will coordinate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
