These Terms of Service (“Terms”) create a binding agreement between you and Velmoryx Group Corp, operator of PlayVault Hobby & Games at playvaultshop.com. You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use this site.

Your continued use of PlayVault Hobby & Games after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website.

PlayVault Hobby & Games is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), any data inadvertently gathered from a minor will be promptly deleted.

• Upload or transmit malicious code, including viruses, trojans, worms, or ransomware, intended to damage or compromise systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the website without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the website or its software.

We have no control over external sites and accept no responsibility for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Users should review the terms of service and privacy policy of every external site they visit.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.

After dispatch, cancellation is not available. You may instead initiate a return once the order arrives (see Section 10).

All shipments are handled by USPS. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days from dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary by location.

Shipping costs vary by order and are displayed at checkout. Velmoryx Group Corp is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

Refunds are available for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Velmoryx Group Corp strives for accurate product listings, but does not warrant that descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. Colors may vary due to monitor differences and display settings.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

PlayVault Hobby & Games accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting payment, you authorize Velmoryx Group Corp to charge the total amount, including taxes and shipping.

Charges appear on your statement as “PLAYVAULTHOBBY&GAMES*”. All prices are in USD unless noted otherwise. Pricing may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velmoryx Group Corp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PlayVault Hobby & Games, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velmoryx Group Corp from all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site or breach of these Terms.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of PlayVault Hobby & Games shall be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration is conducted individually. You waive the right to join or participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any competent court.
